You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll not pay return shipping cost. It is your responsibility to make sure that parts you ordered are the same as the parts you have in invoice and the parts you have received!. No credit will be issued for returns on altered, edged, damaged or painted Parts. If part is unused it must be returned in their original packages and in resalable condition for a full credit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
30 Days warranty for used parts. 6 Month warranty for rebuild and new parts. 90 Days warranty for used engine and transmission. Warranty does not cover expenses. Warranty covers replacement only.
Refund or exchange within 10 days of invoice date. Refund should be in good and acceptable condition. No refund or return of new or used electronic parts.
- No returns on electrical or special order parts and tools.
- There will be a $50.00 service charge assessed on all returned cheques.
- JDM auto parts is not liable for any towing or labour costs on replacement parts.
- no goods can be returned without prior authorization and accompanying invoice or receipt.
- There will be 15% restocking charge on returned special order items.
- Equipment and tools remain the property of JDM Auto Parts Inc. until such items are paid in full.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address within north America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates of all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note for all parts Warranty does not include shipping.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top left hand side of JDM Auto Parts Inc site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
